Welcome to Planuxe, a platform that connects Tour Creators with Adventure Seekers to provide affordable and curated travel experiences. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Planuxe mobile application and website (the “Platform”). By using Planuxe, you agree to these Terms.
• Bolxtine Ltd (“Planuxe”, “we”, “our”, “us”)
• Tour Creators (individuals or businesses offering trips)
• Adventure Seekers / Travellers (individuals booking trips)
• "Platform" refers to the Planuxe website, mobile app, and services
• "Tour Creator" means an individual or entity offering, managing, or hosting a tour or travel experience on the Platform.
• "Traveller" or "Adventure Seeker" means a user who books a tour through the Platform.
• "Trip Funds" refers to the amount paid by Travellers for a trip
• "Integrity Score" refers to a rating system based on tour performance, travellers reviews, punctuality, accuracy of information, and overall reliability.
Planuxe is a technology platform and marketplace, not a travel agency or tour operator.
• We do not create or deliver trips.
• We provide tools for Tour Creators to list trips and for Travellers to book them.
• We hold funds in escrow until the trip is completed or refund conditions are met.
Planuxe (Bolxtine Ltd) is not responsible for personal injuries, misconduct, inaccurate tour information, delays, or losses caused by Tour Creators or Travellers.
Verification
Before creating their first tour, all Tour Creators must pass Planuxe’s identity, safety, and location verification process.
Planuxe reserves the right to reject or suspend any Tour Creator who fails verification.
All locations, timings, activities, and pricing listed in tour packages must be:
• Accurate
• Verifiable
• Safe and legal
False or misleading information may lead to immediate suspension.
Tour Creators agree that:
• They will fund the upfront cost of planning or executing the trip from their personal purse.
• Planuxe will release the Traveller’s money to Creators only after trip completion, except in cases where the Integrity Score permits partial disbursement (see section 7).
Tour Creators may:
• Cancel a trip
• Postpone a trip
• Change meeting points or schedules (with reasonable notice)
In such cases, Traveller have to right to pull out and will receive a full refund.
Repeated cancellations without justifiable reasons may affect the Creator’s Integrity Score or lead to suspension.
Tour Creators must:
• Ensure the safety of all listed locations
• Provide accurate guidance and on-site instructions
• Comply with all local regulations and safety standards
Failure may lead to dispute resolution or removal from the platform.
Clients must:
• Arrive at the meeting point specified by the Tour Creator
• Arrive at the stated meeting time
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the Tour Creator
If a Client fails to show up or arrives late:
• Planuxe (Bolxtine Ltd) and the Tour Creator are not responsible for missed activities
• No refund will be provided for lateness or no-show
Travellers must behave responsibly
Planuxe (Bolxtine Ltd) and Tour Creators may terminate participation if a Traveller’s behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
Travellers may request a refund only if:
• The request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip.
Refund requests made less than 48 hours before the trip are not eligible except in extraordinary situations (reviewed at Planuxe’s discretion).
Travellers will receive a full refund if:
• Tour Creator cancels the trip
• Tour Creator postpones the trip, and the Traveller cannot attend the new date
• Planuxe confirms a major discrepancy or safety issue
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on the Traveller’s payment provider.
Escrow System
All payments made by Travellers are held securely by Planuxe (Bolxtine Ltd) until:
• The trip is marked as completed, or
• Tour Creator postpones the trip, and the Traveller cannot attend the new date
• A legitimate cancellation or refund request is processed
• By default, Tour Creators receive 100% of their earnings after a successful trip completion.
• Disbursement is typically processed within 24 hours after completion confirmation.
Tour Creators build their Integrity Score through
• On-time trips
• Accurate information
• Positive Travellers reviews
• Low cancellation rate
• Verified trip execution
If a Tour Creator achieves:
• 70% or higher Integrity Score, Planuxe may disburse up to 50% of funds before the trip date.
This decision remains at Planuxe's discretion and may depend on:
• Past punctuality
• Refund history
• Nature of the trip
• Trip cost
• Risk factors
Planuxe may revoke early payout privileges if trust metrics drop.
Planuxe (Bolxtine Ltd) is not responsible for:
Accidents or injuries during the trip
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Delays or disruptions caused by weather, traffic, or external incidents
• Misconduct or negligence by Tour Creators or Travellers
• Visa, permit, or travel authorisation issues
Travellers participate at their own risk.
Tour Creators must ensure safety, but are not liable for unforeseeable circumstances.
Users (Creators or Travellers) may be removed for:
• Fraud
• Harassment
• Abuse
• Providing false information
• Attempting to bypass Planuxe payments
• Illegal activities
Users agree that Planuxe may collect and process data necessary to:
• Verify identity
• Maintain safety
• Improve platform service
• Process payments

Planuxe may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted in the app and take effect immediately
The laws of govern these Terms:
• The Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before court proceedings.
